HOW CAN I ORDER GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Reach out to us using Contact form or via email saltyfoxllc@gmail.com. We will reply within 24 hours, answer any questions and help to make the choice. 

We will pack a beautiful certificate into a branded envelope and send it at our own expense to you or the receiver (by your choice).

HOW CAN I BOOK 2 IN 1: CRUISE AND PHOTO SESSION

I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING

Booking payments are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the reservation. We're happy to partially (50%) refund your booking 2-7 days prior to your reservation, but less than 48 hours' notice puts us in a tough spot. Salty Fox won't be able to refund your payment if you cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior.

I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY TRIP

If you need to change the date, your original booking will be canceled and you'll need to create a brand new reservation.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO HAVE A RIDE FOR MORE THAN 6 PEOPLE?

Unfortunately, there is a strict limit on the number of people aboard. We can't allow more than 6 people while cruising.
If more than 6 people arrive for boarding trip will be canceled with no refund.

CAN I BOOK THE YACHT FOR 1 HOUR?

We accept reservations for 2 hours minimum. 

However, if you want to book the yacht for a custom amount of hours that are not listed on our site, please reach out to us using Contact form, via email saltyfoxllc@gmail.com, or by phone ‪(206) 486-4381‬.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Salty Fox salon is fully enclosed and has heating and a/c options. We guarantee it's going to be comfortable inside.
There is also plenty of outdoor space on the yacht. 
We have blankets to keep you warm outside even in colder weather.
We recognize though that everyone has a bit different comfort zone and recommend wearing layered clothing.

Also, we ask everyone to take shoes off on the yacht (we always have disposable socks available), so please plan accordingly.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?

Our rates include captain, soft drinks, snacks, fuel, cleaning fee, and FUN!

This yacht comes fully equipped and has everything for a perfect day out with family and/or friends on the water.  Air-conditioned cabin and cockpit, full-size bathroom, freshwater shower aft, 2 fridges, BBQ, microwave, stove, premium dinnerware, incredible stereo system with Bluetooth, and so much more!

IS FOOD PROVIDED?

We always have light snacks, soft drinks, coffee, and bottled water.

If you would like to bring your own food, you are more than welcome to do so. We have premium dinnerwear, a microwave, and a grill.

A catering option is available by request (for an additional charge)

HOW ABOUT ALCOHOL?

Alcoholic beverages are allowed by request only.
Here is our policy around alcohol consumption:
“Alcohol is more hazardous on the water than on land. The marine environment  motion, vibration, engine noise, sun, wind and spray accelerates a drinker's impairment. Drunk passengers constitute a danger to themselves or others and cannot be accepted on the yacht. Excessive drinking is the reason for immediate trip termination with no refund.”
